No-Dev Global e-Comm Wins

The Problem

Our “Products” landing page had virtually zero engagement to featured products and promotions, plus a large portion of traffic going to “Support” as their next page.

My Role

As the Senior UX Strategist, I reviewed the analytics, gathered qualitative insights through user research, testing, and competitive analyses, and published an update using existing patterns and components for maximum speed-to-value ratios.

Leading Successful UX Workshops

The Problem

Three different Product Managers had low samples and/or sales. Previous efforts either failed or got stuck in limbo for months awaiting prioritization.

My Role

Using my “Skateboard to Car” template, I led cross-functional UX workshops with each team to identify “quick wins” we could build within 1-3 Sprints, along with relevant signals to measure results.

Building A Promising Design System Prototype

The Problem

Our department had a reputation of taking too long, causing frustration and burnout on all sides.

My Role

I uncovered several of the roadblocks and challenges impacting our speed, then recruited another Designer as well as a Developer, leading our team of 3 through building the first iteration of a Design System.
